About the fair
Back by popular demand for 30th November 2025...
The Tai Tapu School Fair will be a day packed with entertainment & fun for people of all ages.
The fair will be a Bi-annual event run by the PTA of
Tai Tapu school and will be held on the school grounds:
1 School Road, Tai Tapu.
This not to be missed event will attract visitors from far & wide for family fun, shopping, food & entertainment.

Building a better future for our school and Tamariki...
The Tai Tapu School Fair is a not-for-profit, Bi-Annual event for the whole community, organised by the Tai Tapu School PTA. All proceeds from the Fair will go towards PTA funding for the following goals:
- School Playground Equiptment
- Learning Programs
- Learning Equipment
- School Events
- Sports Equipment
- Sun Protection - Shade Sails
PTA Fundraising
The PTA at Tai Tapu school is run by a hardworking, dedicated group of parents. Their mission is to support the school through fundraising and organising events.
Funds are needed to help pay for recreational equipment, additional learning resources and events for our Tamariki.
The collective efforts of the PTA help make a huge difference to the experience of each child, as well as the fantastic team of teachers at Tai Tapu School.
Goals
There are many initiatives the PTA would love to help fund for the school and our Tamariki.
Examples include
- School Bike Pump Track
- Learning Programs
- Learning Equipment
- School Events
- Sports Equipment
- Sun Protection - Shade Sails.
Our goal for this year is:
$50k
Volunteers
An event such as this requires a lot of volunteers to help with organising, planning and helping out on the day.
We estimate that we will need around 50 volunteers in total.
