Suggested entrance fee is $5 donation per adult. Kids entry is free (under 15). Eftpos will be available but cash is recommended. Tickets are not available to purchase before the day, please pay at the fair entrance as you enter.

There will be many children, as well as other animals at the fair, so we would prefer you to keep your dog at home.

There will be an Eftpos machine available and some vendors will have card payment options available. It is recommended to bring cash to avoid queues for the Eftpos machine.

We will have off-street parking available in a large paddock (see event event map), as well as parking on the roadside streets around Tai Tapu. There will also be disabled parking available on School Road.

The fair will go ahead rain or shine! We have indoor options for the fair setup in case of bad weather.

We will need volunteers to help set-up and make sure the fair runs smoothly on the day. If you would like to volunteer to help with set-up or on the day of the event please email: taitapushoolfair@gmail.com

We will gladly accept any donations of prizes for the raffle & auction, white elephant items (second hand goods), home baking for the bake sale and plants for our plant sale. Please check the school newsletter for ongoing details or email: taitapuschoolfair@gmail.com for further information.

For the white elephant thrift sale we are looking for any of the following items you have to donate: - Second hand clothes - Toys - Furniture (no large furniture or mattresses please) - Tools - Household items - Books - Games - Collectables - Sports equiptment Kindly donate items in good working order only.
